Do I need to book my Santa Photography Session?

You'll need to pre-book your session to make sure Santa knows you're coming! There won't be any walk-in sessions available.
What are the times for Santa Photography?

Santa arrives on Saturday 6th of November and will be here until Christmas eve, times vary each day. Visit our website for available bookings.
What time should I arrive for my booking?

Please allow for arrival time of 5 minutes prior to your booking.
Where is the Santa set/house located?

Santa’s Set is located outside Panetta Mercatto on the Ground Level of Smidmore Street Precinct.
Is the Santa set/house wheel chair friendly?

Yes. The house is wheel chair accessible
Where should I park for Santa Photography?

The best parking available is in the on Smidmore Street Precinct Car Park, entry via Edinburgh Road.
Can I still get my Santa Photography if I am late, or miss my session?

We cannot guarantee to fit you into a time close by to your session, however will do our best to accommodate.
Can I re-schedule my appointment?

Is there a maximum number of people per booking?

No, the more the merrier. However we reccomend if you have more than 12 people that you make multiple bookings back to back to ensure you have enough time to capture the magic moment
Do I need to wear a mask or social distance?

No, masks and social distancing are no longer mandatory so guests and Santa are not reuired to wear a mask or social distance. You will be able to sit with Santa again on the Santa throne.
Do you offer pet photography?

Yes. Your furry friends are welcome (cats, dogs and rabbits) please ensure you pets arrive on a leash as there will be other pets around.
Can I bring my own props from home i.e. baby chair/bouncer
